Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TEDEV Technological Development Company Limited (“TEDEV“, “we”, “us”) handles information in TEDEV ReelPost (“ReelPost”), an internal tool used only by TEDEV staff to publish TEDEV’s own videos to TEDEV’s own Facebook Pages and YouTube channels.

1. Information ReelPost accesses

When a TEDEV staff member connects a TEDEV-owned YouTube channel with Google sign-in, ReelPost receives, through the YouTube API Services:

• an OAuth access token and refresh token that let ReelPost act for that channel;
• the channel’s ID and name (to show which channel is connected);
• for videos that ReelPost itself uploaded: their video IDs, upload and processing status, and privacy status;
• the IDs and names of the channel’s playlists (to add new videos to the playlist the team chose).

ReelPost does not access viewers’ personal information, comments, subscriber lists, watch history, messages or any data about other YouTube users or channels.

2. How ReelPost uses this information

• to upload TEDEV’s videos to the connected channel at the scheduled time, with their title, description and tags;
• to add those videos to the chosen playlist on the same channel;
• to show the TEDEV team whether each upload succeeded and when it goes public.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, and we do not combine it with other data.

3. Storage, sharing and security

• All information is stored only on TEDEV’s own server that runs ReelPost, protected by a password and accessible only to TEDEV staff.
• We do not sell, rent or share this information with any third party, and we do not transfer it outside ReelPost.
• Information obtained from the YouTube API Services is refreshed or deleted in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies; the channel name is refreshed daily and video status data are refreshed or deleted within 30 days.

4. Cookies

ReelPost’s own dashboard uses a single session cookie to keep a TEDEV staff member signed in. ReelPost does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not place, access or recognize cookies on users’ devices or browsers for any other purpose.

5. Keeping, deleting and revoking access

• When a channel is removed from ReelPost (Accounts → Delete), its tokens and stored data are deleted immediately from our server.
• Access can also be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation ReelPost can no longer access the channel; our team then removes the channel from ReelPost, which deletes its stored data, within 7 days.
• To ask for deletion of any data, email vudt0102@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

6. Changes and contact
