Data Deletion Instructions

Tile Bloom is an Instant Game on Facebook made by TEDEV Technological Development Company Limited. We do not run our own servers for player data: your progress and scores are stored by Facebook’s Instant Games platform and in your device’s browser storage. You can delete them at any time in either of these ways.

Option 1 — Remove Tile Bloom in Facebook (instant)

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites (on some versions: Games or Instant Games).
3. Find Tile Bloom and choose Remove.
4. Tick the option to also delete your activity / game data if it is shown, then confirm.

Facebook then stops sharing your profile with the Game and removes the data it holds for you in Tile Bloom according to Facebook’s own process. To make sure everything is gone, you can also use Option 2.

Option 2 — Ask us by email

Send an email to vudt0102@tedev.com.vn with the subject Delete my Tile Bloom data and include the name on your Facebook profile (and, if you can, a screenshot of your Tile Bloom profile or leaderboard entry so we can find you).

We will delete the data linked to your Tile Bloom player ID that we control, use the tools Meta provides to remove the rest (saved progress, scores and leaderboard entries), and confirm by email within 30 days. We may ask a question to confirm the request comes from you.

Clear data on your device

The Game also keeps a copy of your progress in your browser so it loads faster. To remove it, clear your browser’s site data (or the Facebook app’s cache) on each device where you played.
