Terms of Service

Effective date: October 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TEDEV Technological Development Company Limited (“TEDEV“, “we”, “us”) about Tile Bloom (the “Game”). By playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Who can play

You must be old enough to use Facebook in your country (at least 13). You must also follow Meta’s Terms of Service and Community Standards while playing.

2. Your license to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Game — its code, graphics, sounds, names and logos — belong to TEDEV or its licensors.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts or exploits, or tamper with scores, leaderboards, saved data or ads;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows;
• use the Game, challenges or shared posts to harass, spam or mislead others;
• interfere with the Game or the Facebook platform.

We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Virtual items

The Game uses virtual items such as boosters (hammer, shuffle, bomb), lives and points. They have no real-world money value, cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for cash, and may be changed, rebalanced or reset as the Game is updated. The Game does not currently sell anything for real money; if purchases are ever offered, they will be handled by Meta’s payment system and additional terms will apply.

5. Ads and rewards

The Game may show ads, including optional rewarded videos that grant virtual items. Ads are provided by Meta. Rewards are granted only when an ad is fully watched and may not be available at all times.

6. Sharing and challenges

When you share a score or challenge friends, the Game creates a card with your first name and score, and Facebook shows it to the people you choose. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop the Game, or parts of it, at any time. We try to keep it running smoothly but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TEDEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, virtual items or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 10. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Meta

These Terms are between you and TEDEV only. Meta Platforms is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Game. Facebook, Messenger and Instant Games are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

11. Termination

You can stop playing at any time and remove the Game from your Facebook settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence still apply where they give you more protection.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
